The estimated standard domestic (UK) shipping time for all MW items is 2 - 4 business days. Standard international shipping is 5 - 7 business days. If you are require your items faster, please upgrade your shipping at checkout.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
Please select an appropriate shipping service to ensure delivery in time for the holidays.
UK Standard Tracked 48 Delivery with Royal Mail: order before 1pm on the 19th of December.
UK Express Tracked Next Business Day with DPD: order before 1pm on the 20th of December.
International carriers may vary. We recommend placing your order by December 18th to be safe. Please see shipping estimates at checkout. If you require a faster speed that is not available, please reach out via email or chat and we will do our best to accommodate.

BLACK FRIDAY 2024
Black Friday order updates have been sent directly to the email linked to your account. Any orders that did not contain pre-order items have now been shipped. Pre-order items are due to ship as per the timelines detailed on the product page.

DESPATCH
We aim to despatch all orders within 2 business days of purchase, however, please allow up to 7 business days during peak periods (e.g. sales, promotions and new collection launches).
Please carefully check the product descriptions for each item when selecting your shipping method, as some items may not be available for immediate despatch (eg. pre-order items).
Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends or bank holidays.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they have provided us with the correct delivery address, as once a parcel has been picked by our warehouse team we cannot facilitate any address changes.
Mary Wyatt cannot be held responsible for any undeliverable parcels due incorrect or incomplete addresses and/or parcels delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
Mary Wyatt cannot be held responsible for delivery issues due to the customer not being home. If your parcel has been marked as 'delivered' by the courier however you do not have it, you will need to personally contact the courier to make a claim.
We send all of our parcels on a tracked service and most of our shipping partners also provide a photo evidence of delivery. If we have photo proof of delivery however you believe your parcel has been stolen, please report it to the police and let us know your Crime Reference Number so we can investigate it further with the courier. Without this, we cannot take responsibility and may be unable to replace or reimburse your item.
Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
Some of our items are available to pre-order - the product pages for these items will include an approximate date that the item will be shipped to you. As our collections are produced in small runs only, this ensures that you will receive a product that may otherwise sell out.
If you have purchased an order containing a 'pre-order' item as well as items available for immediate despatch, your whole order will be paused and shipped together once the 'pre-order' item is ready.
If you need the other items in a hurry, we recommend placing two separate orders.
UK DELIVERY
The cut-off for DPD UK Next Day Delivery is 1pm Monday-Thursday. This is a guaranteed service and your order should be with you the next working day after you receive your shipping notification.
Orders placed on a Friday before 1pm will be despatched the same day, however may not be delivered until the following working day (eg. Monday, or in the instance of a Bank Holiday, the subsequent next working day).
Any orders placed outside of these times will be shipped the following working day. Please note that for remote locations this can be a 2-day service. Please enquire in advance to avoid disappointment.
Please note that DPD Next Day Delivery does not include weekends or Bank Holidays.

Your order should be with you approximately 2 working days after you receive your shipping notification, however please note that during busy seasons this can take longer.

EU DELIVERY
Europe delivery estimate: 2-7 working days after despatch, depending on location and courier.
Please note that if a parcel has been refused by a customer and returned to us, we cannot refund the items until the goods are safely back with us. Please note that in the event of a refused parcel, the customer will be refunded for the cost of the items, minus the original shipping cost paid and the cost of re-stocking the order at our warehouse.
England is no longer part of the European Union (EU). All orders to countries within the European Union may be subject to additional import taxes and/or customs duties.
If you're based in the EU, you may be liable to pay additional VAT/import taxes or customs duties (however please check with your local customs office as each country has their own threshold). Any additional fees are the customer's responsibility.
For more information, please check your local government website or contact your local customs office prior to placing your order, as we're unable to advise on EU charges for other countries or reimburse any additional customs duties you may incur.
The taxation for a particular country depends on the local GST/VAT, as well as the item category and its declared value. For more information on local charges, we recommend contacting your local government/postal service or checking on their website. We are unable to advise on tax fees for other countries.Please note that we are legally unable to adjust the value of your parcel to be lower, any requests to do so may be ignored.
Mary Wyatt cannot be held responsible for any parcels refused at customs due to the customer being unwilling or unable to pay any designated import duties and/or taxes. The refused parcel will remain the customer's responsibility until it arrives back at the MW warehouse. We cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss for parcels returned back to us due to customer refusal.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We currently ship worldwide from our UK warehouse.
This is an economy service fulfilled and is a fully trackable service.
North America delivery estimate: 3-9 working days after despatch, depending on location.
Australia / NZ / Asia delivery estimate: 5-15 working days after despatch, depending on location.
Rest of the World delivery estimate: 3-10 working days after despatch, depending on location.
All international customers may be liable to pay import duties and/or taxes. Any additional fees are the customer's responsibility.
